Description
This 1969 Chris Craft 26 Capitan Daysailor Sloop Is Described As:
The Capitan 26 is a fine day-sailor...and please remember she truly is a day-sailor. She has a large cockpit with molded-in seats on port and starboard, and a unique watertight, ventilated motor well on the stern for mounting her axillary outboard motor. The decks are non-skid fiberglass.
The cabin has V-berths forward for an afternoon nap at anchor and a toilet for those times when nature calls. The underwater design features a fixed fin keel and a rudder skeg for optimum stability and less wetted surface.
The Capitan is a fast, beautifully balanced day-sailing sloop that's easy to handle and fun to be aboard. She will be perfect for a couple that wants to daysail or a cottager or islander that wants a classic daysailor moored out front for fun times on the water.
