The hulls are constructed of some of the finest materials available today. To insure that the boat has a long-lasting and durable finish, they use gelcoat made of isothalic resin. This gelcoat has superior resistance to color loss, cracking, and crazing.

Many of the competitor's boats are made with orthothalic gelcoat, a good product, but inferior to Baha's quality gelcoat. To give you the best insurance against osmosis, the Baha hull is built with a layer of glass and vinylester resin. Vinylester resin is expensive, but it gives better adhesion to the gelcoat, and leaves fewer passages for water penetration, reducing the possibility of osmosis.

The balance of the Baha hull is hand constructed using heavy woven glass composites to give you a hull with exceptional strength and durability that will provide you with years of trouble-free boating.
