This fantastic and unique houseboat uses paddlewheel propulsion. She has an amazing amount of open space on the upper deck! The steel construction belies her age. She is one of a pair of boats that were custom built in northern Wisconsin with the inverted hull technique.
This beauty is structurally overbuilt compared to the generic type of houseboat available in the marketplace today. She is structurally sound, and all systems are in good operating shape.
She is powered by twin 110HP gas engines with outboard drives that operate the chain and sprocket driven paddlewheels at an approximate 50/1 speed reduction.
