Recent upgrades: sail, rigging, VHF, propane lines, wiring, plumbing, cockpit table, etc.. Topsides newly painted with Endura epoxy paint. ICOM VHF with remote (2004). New screens (2007). Custom 6 inch thick port quarter-berth mattress (2004). Anchors: 30 lb. CQR with 100 feet of ? inch rope rode. Large Danforth with 30 feet of chain and 175 feet of 1 inch rope rode. Both on double bow roller. Workshop manuals for the new Yanmar and saildrive. Solenoid and bilge gas detector for propane. Propane stove with two burners and oven. Jensen Radio/CD player with four speakers (two in cockpit). Heart Inverter and Battery Charger, Three 5-pound propane tanks that fit in rear vented lazarette hatch. Regulator for solar panels, Hangars for wishbone replqced; new topping lift, heavier than original. Holding tank replaced. Fans at foot of berths with switches at hand and two fans in saloon.
