This beautifully maintained Canadian Sailcraft (CS) 27 has many recent upgrades as well as a full list of original features; including teak sole in cabin, large ice box, wheel steering, diesel Yanmar engine and 4 comfortable berths. The main cabin includes a fold-down teak center table, ample storage areas and 2 settees (all cushion fabric upgraded and replaced recently). Directly aft of the V berth is the enclosed head (with sink) and hanging locker. The galley includes a 2 burner Origo Alcohol (2005) stove, cutting board, storage drawers, icebox and sink with pressure water. She had two new sails in 2005...a full-batten, double reef main by North Sails and a furling #2 Genoa by North Sails. She also had a new Raymarine VHF, a Raymarine Chartplotter and a BlueSea 12V distribution panel in 2005. Also in 2005, 4 new winches were added - including new Lewmar 2 speed self-tailing main winches.

Added to all of this in 2005 was a new custom winter cover and frame, a new folding 6 pad steel storage cradle and new canvas (a mainsail cover, and a dodger and bimini with SS frame). Her hull has also be treated with Interprotect 2000 epoxy coating and VC-17 anti-fouling paint. She has an optional dinghy (new in 2007) available as well. She is a dream to sail and will be a delight to own.
