No lower helm station gives you even more space in the salon. The salon has two easy chairs and full dinette. Low hours and in fantastic condition. Always a freshwater boat. Bottom & hull is perfect (epoxy/painted and no dock scars). A heavy, quiet and smooth ride in all water conditions. A great Georgian Bay or big lake boat. I am upgrading to a 40 to accommodate a growing family.
