Built by C&C Yachts, this 33 foot Mark 1 is soundly and solidly constructed, yet fast and responsive particularly to windward. She has been fitted out for both cruising and club racing. Her interior accommodations are un-crowded and comfortable. There is a quarter berth and nav table opposite the galley. The manual bilge pump has been refurbished and an extra bilge blower was installed in 2005. All thru-hulls and hoses were replaced in 2005. The Atomic 4 engine, with a folding 2 blade prop, was professionally removed, overhauled, sand-blasted, repainted and then re-installed in 2005. The fuel tank was removed, steam cleaned, and replaced with all new hoses and fittings.
The hull shows no sign of osmosis. She is equipped with a hydraulic backstay and rod rigging, with a sail inventory that includes 3 mainsails, 3 spinakers, 2 no.1 genoas, 2 no. 2 genoas (one heavy and one light), a no.4, a reacher, and a storm tri-sail.
