All boats have issues, I'll report what I know. The starboard chainplate was not sealed properly, so the ply wood where the chainplate attached inside the cabin, is rotted in 1/2”. The issue was fixed by installing additional metal stripes and bolts to enforce the connection on both sides (Port & Starboard). Now it is even more secure, then original (5 bolts instead of 3).
The boat is located in Pointe Claire Yacht Club, Pointe Claire, Quebec
