Are you looking for a trailerable FRESHWATER 18 ½ ‘ Sportboat that is affordable?? Look no further!! This 1988 Sunbird 18 ½ ‘ Sportboat is very seaworthy with the exception of the engine.

We took this boat in with a slight bearing noise in the motor. We changed fluids and tuned the motor up and put her in the water to see how she acted. She ran fine for a couple outings then……. Spun the bearing and needed a tow home! We have removed the engine and outdrive, but we are brokers only and do not have a service department.

We have decided to reduce the price for a quick sale to someone mechanical that has the knowledge to repair this motor and save them some money. You would end up with a $6,000.00 boat and trailer package once repaired, but have far less invested.

This boat has a 4.3 V-6 with 175 HP engine that will push this 18 ½ ‘ boat upwards to 50 mph!! She has a ski tow hook on the back and would be a great all-around boat.
